MM3: Sparkman 01

Robot Master, Sparkman, of Megaman 3.
Not completely true to the original, but I usually like to jazz up old Robot Masters to my style.
Few obvious changes are the addition of a second conductor on each arm and more humanoid facial features. I also gave him a material covering over his torso instead of the sparkplug hardcase body; I ribbed the material on his sides and notched his chest armour however, as a call back to the head and flutes of the plug.
